All consultancy fees are fully refundable against confirmed bookings or in the unlikely event that you receive a better price which we are unable to match.

There is no charge for a single quotation (one tour operator/supplier) for one hotel on given dates.

There is no charge made for price matching* another travel agency or tour operator where exact details are provided.

Our standard charge for tailor made travel proposals, based on the best available prices from a range of tour operators/suppliers, for a maximum of 2 named hotels on specific dates is £15. 

If you are considering 3 or more properties, a selection of dates or would like us to make suggestions based on your individual requirements, our basic cost is £25. 

Complex enquiries, for example tours involving multiple destinations or group travel, may incur additional consultancy fees (up to a maximum of £120) which will be confirmed before searching is commenced.

 * We should be able to assess whether or not we are able to match another, like for like, price relatively quickly.  If you would like us to check our extensive range of suppliers, to ensure you have the best possible price, our £15 fee will apply.      

Why we charge a fully refundable fee

After a long period of consideration we decided to introduce service fees in 2006 and wish we had done it much sooner!  We have always been proud of the quality of service we offer, however introducing the charges have made it much easier to focus on quality over quantity.  By paying the appropriate fee you demonstrate a commitment that you are likely to subsequently purchase a holiday from us; this allows us to spend as long as is necessary to find the perfect holiday at the right price.

We believe the  high levels or repeat custom (49%) and the business we receive through recommendation (28%) highlights the quality of service we offer.

	Customer Protection Our holidays have always benefited from full ABTA and ATOL protection. As additional protection all new bookings will also include supplier protection insurance. You may also chose to pay your deposit by credit card at no extra cost, for further security.
